My practice follows an integrative approach, adapted to the needs of each individual, informed by Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and elements of third-wave CBT such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based interventions, and Compassion-Focused Therapy. These are evidence-based therapeutic approaches that have been widely implemented and demonstrated to be effective in the treatment of a range of problems such as depression, stress, and anxiety.
